How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After shipping, delivery usually takes 8–18 business days, depending on your location. See our Shipping page for details.
Where do your products ship from?
Our products ship from partner warehouses, mostly located in China, through our fulfillment partner CJ Dropshipping.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Email us first to start a return. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective or wrong?
Email us at kdoo.finds@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within about 5–10 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel any time before your order has been fulfilled (shipped). Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
