Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Where we ship from

Our products ship from partner warehouses, mostly located in China, through our fulfillment partner CJ Dropshipping. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery times

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 8–18 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs, carrier delays or peak seasons.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Tracking may take a few days to show updates after it is issued.

Customs and import duties

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away — we can update the address only before your order has been fulfilled.
