Overview

This website is operated by kdoo.finds ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our online store and to any purchase you make from us. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

1. Use of the store

You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and not to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

2. Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product images are for illustration. If an item you receive is materially different from its description, please see our Refund Policy.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated. Shipping is free on all orders. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout; the available payment methods are shown there. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full. You can cancel your order until it has been fulfilled (shipped) by emailing us.

5. Shipping and delivery

Our products ship from partner warehouses, mostly in China, through our fulfillment partner. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 8–18 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for goods.

7. Third-party links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to kdoo.finds or its content suppliers and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your use of personal information submitted through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
